About Us

The Department of Civil Aviation is the aviation
safety and regulatory authority of the country. It is also responsible
for Promotion of aviation sector in the state,Airport development and
Management,and for Providing Air Navigation services.

The Department is currently headed by the Director General of Civil
Aviation and is under the Ministry of Information and Communications(MoIC)
